And so We Begin

Finally I get the chance to fomally blog....

For the longest time, I have been posting my rants and raves in a car club forum. I seem to have no more audience there so here I go.

Today is Feb. 9 and I'm watching the "penumbral" eclipse w/c according to Delamar (RX 93.1) and if memory serves me right, will be visible in the night time skies between 6:30 to 8:00.

Remembering Evelio Javier

Some of our heroes may have been more brilliant or achieved more greatly, but I find it hard to think of any who lived more purely and more single mindedly than Evelio... his commitment to democracy, to social justice and to a life among the poor in our land.
